Breast Tumours is the second volume in the 5th edition of the WHO series on the classification of human tumours. This series (also known as the WHO Blue Books) is regarded as the gold standard for the diagnosis of tumours and comprises a unique synthesis of histopathological diagnosis with digital and molecular pathology. I contributed a chapter to this reference book.

Filling a gap in the literature, Principles of  Perioperative Safety and Efficiency book teaches healthcare providers the basic principles of perioperative safety and efficiency, including checklists and processes to reduce adverse events. I contributed a chapter to this reference book.

Virtually all aspects of the pathology in children are unique in pathogenesis and histogenesis from the moment of conception to adolescence. Stocker and Dehner’s Pediatric Pathology provides encyclopedic but very usable coverage of this complex subspecialty, detailing all major aspects of the pathologic anatomy of childhood disorders ranging from chromosomal syndromes and infections to forensic pathology. I will be contributing the breast pathology chapter to this reference textbook.

Understanding your Breast Biopsy Diagnosis is a work in progress, aimed at giving women who have undergone a breast biopsy and desire to know more  about their diagnosis the information they need in a format suitable to readers without a medical background. 

Aida and the Tree of Music, written in collaboration with fellow pathologist and close friend Samer Nassif, tells the story of Aida who slept every night to the beautiful melodies of the magical Tree of Music which stood right outside her bedroom window. When the music suddenly stopped, Aida set out on a unique adventure to bring the music back to the Tree.
